Shipping Policy:

Presale items usually ship within 10-16 weeks as stated in the Preorder ETA, this varies depending on the time of year and factory load. Once presale items are received by Oaky Rose Smocking Company, LLC they will ship to you or be available for pick up within 3 business days (this does not include holidays or weekends).

Oaky Rose Smocking Company, LLC accepts no responsibility for packages once the carrier has shown acceptance. Should you encounter any shipping issues, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Address Changes: If your address changes prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us at help.oakyrosesmockingco@gmail.com to request a change of address. This MUST be done prior to your order being shipped. Once you receive a shipping notification we can not change the address for that order. *Changing your address on your online account WILL NOT update the address for all pending orders.* You must reach out to us for pending order addresses to be changed. If your order is returned or lost due to the incorrect or old address not being updated, you are responsible for paying all shipping fees to have this order reshipped to the correct address.
