Smock Care Tips:

Before washing for the first time, pretreat the fabric and threads by soaking them in a mixture of 75% white vinegar and 25% water to set the colors for at least 4 hours. Dark colored thread can bleed easily without pretreatment. It is also recommended to use color catcher sheets in your wash. Hand wash or gentle cycle. Wash at 30C. Hang to dry.

Preorders: 

Pre-order ETAs are estimated NOT guaranteed. We do not guarantee the arrival of these items. No refunds or exchanges can be made on items due to late arrival unless otherwise stated.

Once an order is CLOSED, it cannot be edited and/or adjusted under any circumstances at all. Please double-check all order information, including sizes, quantities, and monograms PRIOR to submitting the order. We will not adjust or change any details to a paid preorder order once submitted. 

Sale/Discount Items: 

Any sale or an item that a discount code is used on at checkout is considered a final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Sizing Concerns: Sizing charts are available on our group page in the albums. All items are handmade and may vary slightly. Measurements are approximate. Woven: ½’ variance. Knit: ¾’ Variance

Returns/Refunds: 

All sales are final and are nonrefundable UNLESS there is a determined manufacturer defect. Personalized/Custom items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances at all.

We kindly ask that you please inspect your items the day you receive items. Any manufacturing defects must be reported to Oaky Rose Smocking Company, LLC within 5 business days of receiving the item. You can email us at help.oakyrosesmockco@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the defect, a picture of the item that was affected, and a picture of the packaging slip. Failure to include these three points could delay or inhibit our ability to correct this issue. 

After email correspondence, if there is a manufacturer issue noted by our staff, the customer will have 7 business days to provide tracking for the affected item. The item MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, and original plastic packaging and tag. Paid return labels are issued only for items with manufacturer defects. Shipping for any other issues outside of this will be at the expense of the customer. If the customer fails to provide tracking for the defective item within 7 business days, the item will no longer be eligible for exchange or credit. 

Shipping Policy:

Presale items usually ship within 10-16 weeks as stated in the Preorder ETA, this varies depending on the time of year and factory load. Once presale items are received by Oaky Rose Smocking Company, LLC they will ship to you or be available for pick up within 3 business days (this does not include holidays or weekends).

Oaky Rose Smocking Company, LLC accepts no responsibility for packages once the carrier has shown acceptance. Should you encounter any shipping issues, please contact USPS to file a claim.
